Fair questions

Will my customers know it's AI?

It tells callers the line is recorded and assisted, as the rules require — but it sounds natural, and what customers actually notice is that someone answered at 7pm on a Sunday and booked them in. That beats voicemail every time.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every call is transcribed, and we read them — especially in your first weeks — and tune the system to your business. If a caller needs a human, it takes a message and texts you straight away. It's not better than you on the phone; it's better than the calls you're currently missing.

Do I need to learn any software?

No. Jobs land in your calendar and updates come by text. There's a simple app if you want it, but plenty of clients never open it.
